Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "Clover Nerd Beauty" By Arthur Crowe which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Warrior Princess" By Desirena Desines which can be purchased HERE
  Mask used is "Vintage Mosaic 1" by Rachel and can be found HERE
  Font used is "Unzialish" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Paper 4 as a nw layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.22 as a new layer
Paste Elem.7 as a new layer
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place in the center
Paste Elem.27 as a new layer
Resize 58%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.30 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom right 
Paste Elem.5 as a new layer
Place at the bottom
Send under the tubed image layer
Paste Elem.12 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.7 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom center
Paste Elem.11 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom left under the other elements
