Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Lucky Twins" by Di_Halim and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Lucky Landia" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Template used is "Temp.183" by Addictive Pleasures and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Future Time Splitter" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Open template

Delete © layer

Either flood fill or paste papers of choice in the various shapes and word art

X out the word art layers and white background

Merge everything else

Copy and Paste into white work space

Resize 76%

Go back to template work space

X out merged image

Un X word art layers

Merge word art layers

Copy and Paste into white work space

Resize 63%

Place at the bottom right

Delete the template work space you are done with it

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the left under the word art layer

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the left

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Place at the bottom

Send under everything

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top

Send under everything

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right on top of the word art

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top center of the template

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the top right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
