Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Cassandra" By Alehandra Vanhek which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Cassandra Roses" By Bella Caribeña which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is Mask "10-1" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the left

Paste Elem.95 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top right

Apply a light white gradient glow

Paste Elem.07 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the tubed images feet

Paste Elem.05 as a new layer

Resize 79%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the right under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.69 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right of the window

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 19%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.96 as a new layer

Image, Flip

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom of window under the angel

Paste Elem.99 as a new layer

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the left

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the top right

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottomof the window 

Use eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.70 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the left

Send under the tubed image layer

Use eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.82 as a new layer

Resize 12%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 11 as a new layer

Send under the frame

Resize 41%

While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer

Send under the frame

Resize as needed

Duplicate

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and the bottom tubed image

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to make the top image appear to come through the frame

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Resize 94%

Place under the frame

Paste Elem.72 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place at the bottom of the frame

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 187%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Place to the right
