Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Constellation Taurus" By Arthur Crowe which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Constellation Taurus" By Irish Princess Designs which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "6-47" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Petronella Regular" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste the face of the bull as a new layer

Apply the same mask again

Use your selection tool set to feather 46 and select the ends of the horns of the bull

Hit the delete button 3 times 

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom ( your bull image should align a bit with the masked bull image)

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Place at the top right under the masked bull image

Duplicate

Move to the bottom left

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top left under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background

Resize 84%

Place at the left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Tick the circle of the snow globe with your magic wand

Paste Elem.23 as a new layer

Resize 19%

Place in the center of the snow globe

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of this image to 56 in your layer palette

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 14%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 17

Place at the bottom right under the snow globe

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer
