Mr. O'Maley

Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Mr. O'Maley" By Kajenna which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Celtic Faery" By Irish Princess Designs which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is Mask "39-2" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Irish Grover" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Bubbles as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place to the right under the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Flip

Image, Mirror

Paste Fence as a new layer

Resize 72%

Send under the cat but not the bubbles

Paste the Mug as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste the Moon as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste the Pipe as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste the Tree as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the right under all element layers 

Paste Sparkles as a new layer

Use your eraser tool to clean up

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
