XMas Under The Sea

Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Xmas Mermaid" by Di Halim and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "XMas Mermaid" by Joan and can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Water Park" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.64 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom 

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place under the hands of the tubed image

Paste Elem.99 as a new layer

Place to the left under tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.113 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.110 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 10

Place at the bottom left behind tubed image layer

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place in the center

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.120 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
