  PTU scrap kit used is called "Love Reigns" By Mellie Beans which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "6-42" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 10 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 54%

Use your free hand selection tool set at point to point to select the inside of the heart

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Send under the heart

Duplicate

Bring above the heart

Selections, Invert, Delete the bottom tubed image

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to erase the bottom of the top tubed image layer

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Place at the bottom 

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the top right of the heart

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top right of the heart

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left

Apply a light drop shadow so you can see the word Love
