  PTU tube used is called "Indi Burlesque" by The Hunter and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Indi Burlesue" by Joan and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Samarkan" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place between the tubed images legs

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 45%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top left corner

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place in the center of the black bow

Paste Elem.81 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the lamp layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
