Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Gothic Masha" by Lady Mieshka which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Minnie" by Mellie Beans and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "8-88" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Respective 2.0" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand while holding down the shift key

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Bring under the frame

Resize 51%

While still selected paste the face of your tubed image into the left side of the frame

Send under the frame layer

Paste the mirrored image of the face into the other side of the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete all layers

Selections, Select None

Change the settings of the facial images in your layer palette to luminance legacy 

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place under the frame and to the right

Duplciate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 16%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place at the left under the flower

Duplicate

Send under everything

Selections, Invert, Delete both paper and tubed image layers

Apply the following effect to the tubed image

DSB Flux, Spider Web,Rays 7, Rings 4, Merge 50, OK

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Bow 3 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top of the frame under the tubed image layer

Paste Scatter as a new layer

Place to the left

Send under everything

Make sure the face is under the frame layer

Select the face in the layer palette

Change the selections to Luminance Legacy

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right
