  PTU Tube used is called "Pure Platinum" by Barbara Jensen and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Tenderness" by Gimptastic Scraps  and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "8-88" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Torn Paper as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Bow as a new layer

Place at the bottom of the tubed image

Duplicate

Place one under the tubed image

Use your eraser tool on the top layer to get the effect in the final tag

Paste Clock as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place in the center of the bow

Paste Horse as a new layer

Resize 32%

Place at the right side

Send under tubed image layer

Use your eraser tool to remove the red stick in the horse

Paste Lamp as a new layer

Resize 32%

Place at the right side

Send under horse layer

Paste Puff as a new layer

Resize 280%

Send under everything

Paste Trunk as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the left side under top bow layer

Paste Telephone as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Portfolio as a new layer

Resize 36%

Place at the bottom left under the phone layer

Paste Hat as a new layer

Resize 56%

Image, Free rotate, Right 25

Place at the bottom right

Paste Jewelry Box as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom right under the hat

Paste Bear as a new layer

Resize 56%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

Move under the frame

While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer

Send under the frame

Resize as needed

Duplicate

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and bottom tubed image layer

Selections, Select None

Move the duplicated image above the frame

Use your eraser tool to make it come through the frame

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place to the left

Send under everything

Place to the bottom left
