PTU Tube used is called "Goldie" By Tony Tzanoukakis which can be purchased HERE

Mask used is Mask "6-41" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE
Font used is "Giddy up Stud" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)
Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

Let's Begin:
Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Paper 10 as a new layer
Apply mask of choice
Paste Elem.30 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the top left
Duplictae
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.1 as a new layer
Place at the center
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place at the center
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Paste behind the tubed image
Paste Elem.29 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.5 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.2 as a new layer
Resize 45%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.16 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom right
