  PTU Tube used is called "Draculas Babe" by The Hunter and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Dracula" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Champignon" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.127 as a new layer

Resize 71%

Tick the inside with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 15

Paste Paper5 as a new layer

Resize 55%

Selections, Invert, Delete

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.149 as a new layer

Resize 45%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.132 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top

Send under everything

Paste Elem.125 as a new layer

Resize 33%

Image, Mirror

Place at the right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.109 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.79 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom

Send under everything

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.52 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the book layer

Paste Elem.53 as a new layer

Resize 52%

Place at the bottom left under the book layer

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Place at the bottom center

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
