Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Hat White" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Nun" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is Mask "15-4" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the left

Send under the tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Duplicate

Place in the center

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place at the right under the chair

Use your eraser tool to clean up

Paste Elem.56 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.114 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right under the drink

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 35

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom 

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
