Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Lovely Angel" by Di_Halim and can purchase it HERE 

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Moonlight" by Candy Treats and can be found HERE 

  Font used is called "Champignon" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste CT Frame 2 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Moonlight paper as a new layer

Resize 34%

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Move paper under frame layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Glitter Spill as a new layer

Resize 92%

Send under everything

Paste Leaves 4 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Rose 2 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Small Bow as a new layer

Place at the top of the frame under tubed image layer

Paste Stud 1 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place in center of bow

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
