Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Lily" by Misticheskay and can purchase it HERE 

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Fantasia" by ChiChi Designz and can be found HERE 

  Font used is called "Centuria Script Demo" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Flower Basket as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom

Paste Glitter as a new layer

Resize 90%

Send under everything

Paste Branch as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Resize 68%

Image, Flip

Place at bottom right under tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Bow 1 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top of the basket

Use your eraser tool to remove the handle of the basket

Paste Book as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Bird as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the left side

Paste Sparkles 1 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
