  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Midnight Party" by The Hunter and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Midnight Party" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE

  Font used is called "PW Happy New Year" A FTU Font

  

  

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Tick the inside of the each frame with your magic wand while holding down the shift key

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

Move under frame layer

While still selected

Paste Elem.88 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Move down where the tops of the buildings are showing

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the center

Paste Elem.80 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.92 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.23 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the middle right

Duplicate

Resize 97%

Move a little below the other balloon

Paste Elem.42 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the left of your tubed image

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the right of your tubed images feet

Paste Elem.79 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
