  PTU Tube used is called "Zombie" by The Hunter which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Zombie Land" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Mark Of The Beast" FTU

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.134 as a new layer

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.134 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top of the walkway

Paste Elem.106 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Paste Elem.105 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 24%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 24%

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place on top of the walkway layer

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 48%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Place on the side of the garbage can

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
