  PTU Tube used is called "Grievance 2" By Graph Freaks which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Grievance" By FW Tags Creations which can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Good Karma" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 79%

Place at the top 

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the left

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 71%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image Mirror

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 71%

Place at the bottom nder the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Resize 86%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Move down a little

Paste Elem.70 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Send under the tombstone layer

Paste Elem.34 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
