Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Toxic Pink" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Toxic Pink Babe" By Disturbed Scraps which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "6-47" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Wolf In The City" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Paste the large facial version of your tubed image as a new layer

Merge the Elem.66 and face layer

Apply mask of choice

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 88%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Image, Free Rotate Right 33

Place at the right behind the barrells

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.25 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.33 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right 

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the left send under the black element

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
