Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Hot" By Danny Lee and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Winter Girl" By Disturbed Scraps and can be purchased HERE

  Font Used is Jennifer Lynn (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand 

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 3 as a new layer

Move to the right so the white shows more

While still selected

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom inside the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Elem.69 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.08 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.36 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top center of frame

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.23 as a new layer

Resize 36%

Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 45%

Place at the right under bush layer

Duplicate

Resize 131%

Place to the left 

Send under bush layer

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Image, Mirror

Place next to bunny on the left

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
