  PTU Tube used is called "Dress Valentine" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Be Mine" By Kizzed By Kelz which is part of the Be Mine Colab which you can get FREE with a $10.00 purchase and can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Romantically Yours" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Move under frame layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 89%

Send under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.36 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
