Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "MO The Wonderland" By Mayumi Ogihara which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Mad Alice" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "003" by Kaffeesanni's Tutorials and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Good Karma" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 13 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Resize 92%

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 98%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 12 as a new layer

Move under frame layer

Resize 37%

While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer

Move under frame layer

Resize as needed

Duplicate the tubed image

Send one on top of the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete both paper and bottom tubed image layers

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to remove the bottom of the top tubed image so it appears to come through the frame

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Place at the top

Send under everything

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Place at the top

Send under everything

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top right

Duplicate 2 times

Place as desired

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
