Tranquility


Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "MV-1454966" By Manuel Da Cunha Vega which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Steampunk Lisa" By Amy Marie which can be purchased HERE
  Mask used is mask "7-65" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE
  Font used is "Mas Terpiece Regular" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Paper 10 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Tick the inside with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 10 as a new layer
Send under the frame
While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place under the frame
Duplicate
Bring one image above the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and bottom tubed image layers
Selections, Select None
Use your eraser tool to make the top image appear to come through the frame
Paste Elem.53 as a new layer
Resize 89%
Send under everything except the mask layer
Paste Elem.104 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.95 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 15
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.94 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom center
Paste Elem.133 as a new layer
Resize 35%
Image, Mirror
Place at the top right
Paste Elem.98 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 15
Place at the bottom right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
