Lucky Irish Patty


Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "Patty" By Swan Scraps which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Kiss me I'm Irish" By Dance In The Rain which can be purchased HERE
  Font used is "Princess LuLu" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Elem.7 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the left under Elem.7
Paste Elem.88 as a new layer
Place to the right under the other elements
Paste Elem.99 as a new layer
Place at the bottom left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.117 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the right under the dragon
Paste Elem.126 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.3 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Set on top of the word Lucky
Paste Elem.11 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place to the left
Send under everything
Use your eraser tool to remove the tan flowers
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.28 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.5 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the top right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
