Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Valentine" By Swan Scraps which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Lucky" By Alluring Kreationz which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is mask "39-3" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Irish Glover" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 15

Apply your mask of choice

In your layer palette change this masked image to Luminance Legacy

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Tick the inside of the element with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 11 as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

While still selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and tubed image layer

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 35%

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.42 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.86 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
