PTU Tube used is called "Gold Guardian" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE

Mask use is Mask "39-1" by Rachel and can be found HERE
Font used is "Brother Tattoo" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Paper 6 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Close Window as a new layer
Resize 62%
Tick the inside of the window panels with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 1 as a new layer
Send under the window layer
Resize 76%
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Paste Heritage as a new layer
Resize 54%
Place at the top
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place at the left
Paste Clovers as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Dragonfly as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the right
Paste Shamrock as a new layer
Resize 40%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Umbrella as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer
Paste Elf as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Frog as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Key as a new layer
Resize 23%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 55
Place at the bottom right
Paste the Vine as a new layer
Resize 66%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom of the window under everything
Paste Sparkles as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
