Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Easter Basket" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Easter Basket" By Mariel Designs  which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "8-89" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Bitch Slap" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 12 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Place at the bottom

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the left

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Place at the right under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate 2 S'x

Place as desired

Paste Elem.82 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Image, Mirror

Place at the left under everything

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.95 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 9%

Place anywhere in the grass desired

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 9%

Place anywhere in the grass desired

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 9%

Place anywhere in the grass desired

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the left behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left behind the bunny and egg

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
