  PTU Tube used is called "Elyna" By Natalia NZ which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Elyna" By Designz By Sue which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Biloxi Script" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.64 as a new layer

Resize 71%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Tick the inside fo the window frames

Paste Paper 16 as a new layer

Send under the window layer

Resize 41%

Adjust as desired

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Place to the right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottomof the window under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 58%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 54%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the left under the castle layer

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the right under the bunny layer

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the left

Duplicate

Place at the right

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
