  PTU Tube used is called "Julie" By Origash which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Touch Of Goth" By Inzpired Creationz which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Resize 82%

Paste Halftone 2 as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Pearls 1 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom

Duplicate

Move one set under the tubed image

Use your eraser tool on the top layer to make them look like they are wrapped around your tubed images legs

Paste Scattered Hearts 1 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste WA 1 as a new layer

Resize 138%

Send under everything

Paste Bow 3 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top right of the frame under the tubed image

Paste Cat as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Cocktail as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Clip 2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top as if hanging under the bow

Paste Feather Pen as a new layer

Image, Mirror

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Lips as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top right

Duplicate

Move to the left

Paste Shoe as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Sparkles 1 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
