Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Mindy" By Snow Bunny which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Adorable" By Joan which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Jallyka Western Princess" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

Send under the frame

Adjust as seen in final tag

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Move to the top right

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the bottom left

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Elem.34 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the left

Send under the window

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place at the left

Send under the rose vine layer

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right

Place on the neck of the dog

Place at the top right corner of the window

Place at the top right corner of the window

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
