Cute Halloween

Supplies: 

PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Witch" by Misticheskaya which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Silent Hill" by Wicked Creationz Scraps and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is "School Notes" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Apply a drop shadow of choice

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand while holding down the shift key

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 10 as a new layer

Send under the frames layer

While still selected paste Elements 14, 24, 30, and 31 as a new layers

Resize as needed and place in the various frames

Move under the frame layer

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and image layers

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place to the bottom left

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place to the bottom left

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place to the bottom left

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place to the bottom left behind candy bag

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 38%

Place to the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
