Lady Spring

Supplies: 

PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Lady Spring" by Misticheskaya which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Summers Last Song" by Mellie Beans and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 49%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

While still selected paste the eye of your tubed image as a new layer

Move one under the frame layer

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and image layer

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of the eye in your layer palette to 40

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left of the frame under the tubed image

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place to the left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the top center of the frame

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place in the center of the bow

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
