  PTU Tube used is called "Barbie Girl" By Chris Pastel which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Pink Princess" By Amy Marie which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Featheragraphy Decoration" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts or Font Palace.com)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 94%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left of your tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 94%

Place under the pink heart

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 17

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.128 as a new layer

Place at the bottom of your tubed image under other element layers

Paste Elem.89 as a new layer

Resize 117%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.55 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
