Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Snow Vintage" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Snow Vintage" By Kai Kreations and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "7-65" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "One Starry Night" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Place at the bottom right under the snow and tubed image layer

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Place behind the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Move to the right of the house

Send under everything

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right in front of the house under the snow layer

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Place at the top left

Send under everything

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
