  PTU Tube used is called "Sweet Grandmother" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Eddie Love" By BiBi which is retiring soon so hurry up and get it!!

 It can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "7-69" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Brother Tattoo" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place to the left behind the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the right

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Place in the center under the tubed image and car layers

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right behind the car

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place over the Do Not Enter sign

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
