Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Merry" by Vi Nina and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Merry" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "9-104" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Bitch Slap" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Duplicate the mask layer

Paste Elem.105 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 3 as a new layer

Resize 48%

Send under the frame layer

While still selected Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

Resize 37%

Selections, Invert, Delete both the paper and element layer

Selections, Select None

Paste Elem.104 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom of the frame under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 61%

Place at the bottom left under the christmas ornament

Paste Elem.80 as a new layer

Resize 32%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 43%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
