Noa Sparkles

Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Noa" by Alicia Mujica which can be purchased HERE 

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Cold Eternal" by Wicked Creationz and can be found HERE 

  Xero..Bad Dream

  Mask used is "6-44" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 1 as a new layer

Apply your mask

Paste Frame as a new layer

Resize 56%

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

Send under the frame

While still selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Move under the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and tube layer

Selections, Select None

Apply your filter Zero..Bad Dream with the following setting

.Softness182

.Strength97

.Red-127

.Green-121

.Blue-124

.Brightness-67

.Contrast-79

Click OK

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place to the right

Paste Barbed Heart as a new layer

Resize 53%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 15

Place at the top left side of the frame

Paste Ribbon 2 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place at the bottom of the frame under the tubed image layer

Paste the Rose as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Poison as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Hat as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Frame 2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the left

Send under everything

Paste Sparkles as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
