  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Mooniel" by Pandora which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Mooniel" by Disturbed Scraps and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Featherography Decoration" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 1 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.79 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.80 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom and send under everything

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Resize 68% 

Place at the top of the frame under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 17% 

Place at the center of the bow

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Resize 28% 

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 31% 

Place at the bottom left under the flower layer

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Resize 41% 

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 62% 

Place at the bottom left undder containers layer

Place at the bottom left

Send under everything

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
