Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Black Ballerina" by Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Black Ballerina" by Whisper In The Wind and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Simply Glamerous" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Send under frame layer

While still selected paste the face of the tubed image as a new layer

Resize as desired

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and tube layer

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of the tubed image in the layer palette to 40

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.95 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Image, Mirror

Place to the left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.93 as a new layer

Resize 44%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 26%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 12%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Place at the top left corner of the frame

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Resize 11%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom under the other element layers

Use your eraser tool to remove portions on the key board

Paste Elem.81 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Use your eraser tool to remove butterflies on elements as desired

Paste Elem.97 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.83 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom left under the box layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
