Supplies:
PSP XII
PTU Tube used is called "Cyberpunk" by Andy Cooper and can be purchased HERE
PTU scrap kit used is called "Cyberpunk" by Lizquis Scraps and can be purchased HERE
Mask used is "7-63" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE
Font used is called "Wolf In The City" FTU
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 10 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Frame 2 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Tick the inside of each frame with your magic wand while holding down the shift key
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 7 as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
While still selected paste the City as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
Bring to the bottom of the frame
Also paste Light 3 as a new layer
Bring to the top of the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper,city, and light layers
Selections, Select None
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the right
Paste Barrel as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place to the left
Paste Bear as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place on top of the barrel
Paste Grannade as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right of the barrel
Paste ribbon 1 as a new layer
Place at the bottom of the frame under the tubed image layer
Paste Spiked Heart as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Wire 1 as a new layer
Place at the bottom over the ribbon layer
Paste Speakers as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom right under heart layer
Paste Bow as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the top left
Paste Bubbles as a new layer
Place to the right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
