Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Cupido" by Di_Halim and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Cupido" by Joan and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Cardinal" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.93 as a new layer

Resize 86%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Paste Elem.82 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the left under cloud layer

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top right

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Resize 56%

Place at the left side under tree layer

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at top of Cupids head

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
