  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Old School" by Arthur Crowe and can purchased it HERE 

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Too Hot" by Kittz Kreationz and can be found HERE 

  Mask used is "7-68" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Delta Hey Max Nine" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Duplicate

Duplicate again

Image, Flip

Duplicate

Paste Tag as a new layer

Paste the Wordart as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place in the center of the tag

Paste Piano Keys as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Bow & Charm as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top left corner

Paste F1 as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place at the center of the Bow Charm

Paste Locked Heart as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Image, Free Rotate, Right 25

Paste Ribbon 2 as a new layer

Place under tubed image layer at bottom

Resize 56%

Paste Winged Skull as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left under tubeed image layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 17

Paste Hearts as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place to the right under tubed image layer

Duplicate

Send one to the very bottom

Use your eraser tool to remove hearts on the top layer to appear as in final tag

Paste Streamers as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Resize 68%

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
