Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Hot Chocalate" by Alex_Prihodko and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Pussy Cat, Pussy Cat" by Kissing Kate can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is "#6" from her Half Tone Collection by Dee and can be found HERE

  Template used is a Forum Template called "Valentines Forum Template" by Cakes and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Words Of Love" FTU

  

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Paper 8 as a new layer

Apply your mask

Open the template and Delete the © layer

Either flood fill or paste papers of choice to fill the various shapes and wordart layers

Merge everything in your template

Copy and Paste into the masked workspace

Resize 76%

Delete the original template workspace we are done with that

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.53 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top right of the circle in the template

Paste Elem.49 as a new layer

Resize 12%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left under perfume bottle

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Resize 19%

Image, Flip

Image, Free Rotate, left 90

Place in the center of the black bow

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the far left

Send under the template layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 38%

Place at the bottom

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
