  PTU Tube used is called "Angel of Desire" by The Hunter and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Angel of Desire" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Simply Glamerous" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Tick the inside of the frames while holding dow the shift key

Paste your tubed image in the shapes as shown

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of the tubed image in your layer palette as desired

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Place at the left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Send under the car layer

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.102 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the center of the right frame

Send under car layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.160 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the left side

Paste Elem.167 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place in the center of the left bow

Duplicate

Place in the center of the other bow

Paste Elem.69 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.122 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.171 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
