PTU scrap kit used is called "CandyLand" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE
Font used is called "WaterPark" FTU
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.16 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Move to the top
Paste Elem.88 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom
Send under cloud layer
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place in the center
Paste Elem.101 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the left side
In your layer palette lower the opasity to 86
Paste Elem.65 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.45 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the top left
Paste Elem.51 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom left under cupcake layer
Paste Elem.21 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.3 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom right under jukebox layer
Paste Elem.20 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.35 as a new layer
Send under tubed image layer

X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
