Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "101-3" by PinUp Toons and can be purchased HERE 

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Luscious" by Polka Dot Scraps and can be found HERE 

  Font used is called "Cheese Cake" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Use your selection tool to select the inside of the frame

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

Move under the frame layer

Selections, Invert, Delete

Keep selected and paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Delete

Selections, Select None

In your layer palette change the setting to Luminance legacy

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Bow 2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the top left

Paste Scatter 2 as a new layer

Resize 89%

Send under everything

Paste Button 2 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place in the center of the bow

Paste Cupcake as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Scatter 3 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Send under everything

Paste Flower 2 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Duplicate

Resize 68%

Move to the left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
