Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Flora" by Di_Halim which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Flora" by  BiBi and can be found HERE 

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.104 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place under everything

Line as up desired under Elem.104

Use your eraser to remove the excess

Paste Elem.116 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.105 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.111 as a new layer

Resize 83%

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 22%

Place at the bottom left in the water

Lower the opasity in your layer palette to 75

Duplicate

Move to the right side of the water

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
