Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Kathleen" By Chris Pastel which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Dark Fireangel" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is Mask "39-3" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Place at the top

Paste Elem.68 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom right under the wagon

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom under the walk way

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom left under the wagon & tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left under everything except mask layer

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Place at the bottom of the tubed image

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom 

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Send under everything except mask layer

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the right under everything except mask layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
