Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Cobwebbed" By Drawings In Bloom" which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Angry Leprechaun" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "6-47" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Beyond Wonderland" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 18 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.142 as a new layer

Place at the left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the center

Paste Elem.127 as a new layer

Place at the left under the tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.153 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.135 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.88 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom under Elem.135

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.151 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.161 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
