PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Alfamermaid" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE
Font used is "Allura" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)
Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Elem.4 as a new layer
Resize 73%
Place at the bottom
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place at the left
Paste Elem.9 as a new layer
Place at the left under the tubed image
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the right under the tubed image
Paste Elem.70 as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Place at the left under the tubed image
Paste Elem.40 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate
